Hallmark Papillons and Phalenes is a s mall breeding establishment nestled into the countryside of beautiful
La Grange, KY., in between Louisville and Cincinnati, Ohio.
We have been breeding quality Papillons since 1978. We have won many major placements at the PCA National level, including Best of Breed, Best of Opposite Sex, Winners Dog, Reserve Winners Dog, Winners Bitch, Veteran Dog, Veteran Bitch and Award of Merit.
At Hallmark, each breeding is taken into consideration before it is completed. All breedings are done with show intentions, and if there are any pet quality dogs, they are sold as companions spay or neutered.
We strive for the correctness of the Papillon, and over the years we have produced some beautiful Papillons and we are still aiming for quality.
